How to Convert Blu-ray to HD DivX

A little same with the DVD file folder, there are also two folders in the Blu-ray disc folder, BDMV, CERTIFICATE. Just like DVD *.info files, there are index.bdmv file in the BDMV folder and the *.m2ts as the main stream of Blu-ray movie. So when you add the Blu-ray to the converter, you can add the index.bdmv or the *.m2ts files. We suggest you to add the index.bdmv files so that you needn't worry about the desynchronization between video and audio.

1. Convert from a Blu-ray disc directly!

In the main interface, click the "Browse..." button on the right top and the Open Input Video File window will appear. In the File Type area, check the Blu-ray Video option. And then select your Blu-ray-drive, open the BDMV folder and select the index.bdmv file.

Note: If you want to convert the main stream *.m2ts files, in the BDMV folder, open the STREAM folder and select the .m2ts file.

2. After you have selected the index.bdmv file click the Advanced >> button.

1). File Information. Click the File Information tag, you can check all the detailed information of your input Blu-ray file and output DivX file.

2). Split and Aspect Correction. Check the Aspect Correction tag, you can change the aspect ratio like 4:3 or 16:9 or customize it by yourself, and crop your video to remove the black edges.

3). On the top of the Advanced window, you can set the processing mode. Check the "Split" option to make it editable. Batch Mode allows you to convert all the files at a time which can make your conversion conveniently. Split By Markers option is used when you have set markers in the Edit Input File window, and you can get the segments separated by these markers. Limit File Size will let you get the same file size segments according to the whole file size.
