DivX Converter has a tidy and clear interface which allows you to easy to handle the software. You can make the operations by clicking the corresponding buttons very easily.

Main Toolbar - All the toolbar are listed below and users can select the necessary format for conversion;

Main Area - In the main area you can select input files, set output files names, destination and formats and set most of the parameters you need to convert a video file.

Advanced Settings button - the button that lets the user open the information panel with the advanced video file parameters and aspect settings.

Click the button in the main window and you will be able to set the splitting mode, view detailed information about input and output files and set the output video file aspect ratio.

If you want to split a file limiting the size of your output files or split by markers, follow the instructions of the Split chapter.

File Information

After you have added the files to the program, click the File Information tag at the left bottom. All the the information on audio and video parameters of your media will be shown. It allows you to preview the output file properties before you start the conversion.

Note: if your input file is a DVD file you will be able to manually select the audio track for your output file. Particularly, you can select the language of your track, if such option is given on the original DVD:

Aspect Correction

When you click the Aspect Correction tab, you will be presented with the opportunity to change the output video image aspect ratio. Aspect Correction might be very helpful when you change the original file width and height.
