How to edit DivX films with DivX Editor
Take advantage of this AVI DivX Converter program, you can not only convert your DivX video files to all the popular supported formats but also apply various effects to them. After you load the DivX files and press the Edit button situated on the Main Toolbar of the Main Window the Edit Input File(s) window will pop up. As follow:
The Edit Input File(s) window comprises the following elements:
Timeline - is used to navigate through the video file loaded to the program and view all the trim areas and markers added to it; you can also zoom in or zoom out it to locate the point precisely;
Effects Area - drag and drop the effect icon to this area, you overlap more than one effects to the same time length and click the Properties... button to change the selected effect/trim area properties);
Preview Window - is used to preview the added effect. You can also use it to speed back or forward to fine the frame you want; view scene by scene; take snapshot and adjust the volume, etc.
Markers Panel - is used to add and delete markers in the timeline so that you can use to trim or divide chapters easily;
Action Buttons - make you to set properties or delete the effect object in the effects area, trim files in the timeline, and show or hide the Markers panel.
